CAMDEN [part 1]

I've been almost every year since I was 8. My grandmother's sister lives 2 stops from Camden. I never get bored of this place, there's always something new to see... and buy. 

This time I went with my auntie Anna; she said she felt like a tourist being with me, although she was born in London, haha. The other time I went Camden was to see the giant billboard featuring my bf who was sponsored by Adidas for his c-walking. Watch the video here. Forgot to post about it before so I will add it to this extra long post.

I always have so much content prepared for posts but as of recently, no time to post as much as I would like ! >__<

1 DAY TO GO

Missed out day 2...was too busy to blog!

1 DAY OF NO SLEEP TO GO. Treat for you: zombie mushroom photos of me and lil working through day - night.

(I don't even know why I bothered putting a signature stamp on the photos but you never know about some freaks; Freaks who like to impersonate by stealing photos and pretending it's themselves)

3 DAYS TO GO

Dirty dishes like we've never seen before! We are usually OCD clean freaks.

Then it drove lil insane and she finally gave in, it took her 40minutes to clean this mountain of bacteria!

Our sleeping patterns is that there is no pattern.
I woke up at 5pm, and lil just went to bed! I opened the fridge and found this super sweet note sitting on top of  維他檸檬茶 and 仙草蜜 from lil  ❤ 

Her parents came to start moving some of her stuff out and she went china town and had dim sum with them.
So sad :(( moving out soon...

Supplements I never ever drink or take!!
Nescafe Original - I only like the smell of coffee....
Relentless - tastes better than Redbull. - ken wasted 3 cans by going to bed after drinking them!
Coca Cola, original & cheery = bloated belly.
BOOBEE juice - my mum use to buy them for my baby sis when she was a tod, memories haha.
PRO PLUS - Caffeine tablets.

Emerald gem nails

Haven't blogged in a while. Once again, uni!! However, I have this week to look forward to as I am attending my first hen do in London. The theme is Hollywood Glamour 1950s.

I'm not sure what dress I'll be wearing. I had a few choices before the theme was put into place; now I have to rethink it all over again! 

I had done these nails a week ago perfect for the Hollywood theme. They are still in place with the exception of the thumb nail which pinged off when I was unbuckling seatbelt buckle of the car and wedged inside for a little while...

I was eating strawbs at the time and thought my nails looked cute as the leafy part 8-)
Some people think it's just one ready made crystal emerald but the edges of the emerald are all individual gems, including the little gold balls which are a pain to apply because they're 1mm wide.

After doing my nails, I wanted to get some earrings to go with and came across Angelina Jolie with her oh so beautiful $2.5 million emerald earrings and ring by Lorraine Schwartz.

YSL manifesto s/s11

Saw these posted on a friend's blog - Souperbwitch (3rd March) 2 days before the hand out date of these YSL totes. She says they will be "distributed by the brand on the streets of Paris, New York, London, Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Los Angeles to the first lucky 2000 passerbys."

I messaged my auntie who is amazing at getting her hands on things like this....and she did :D

She got 2 from someone handing them out around Covent Garden, London.

Sis lala just came back from London where she did some work experience and also collected all my birthday presents. hehe. Thank youu.

I look like a perv peeping through a newspaper. haha

GUESS Seductive. Wouldn't normally buy this myself, but it smells nice : )

Unbaked Cheesecake Recipe

Had the back of fafa's white chocolate Hello Kitty Easter egg left so I wanted to re-decorate it and made a cheesecake just for the Hello Kitty head. Lili baked it with me - she said she had never baked before! 

I used a chopstick and melted milk chocolate to draw the neko face :3
The rose is made from sugar paste.

This recipe is quick and easy~ took us 30minutes to prep
RASPBERRY, BLUEBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
With a shortbread base (Unbaked version)
10-12 servings, about 250 calories per serving. nom nom!

RECIPE

Base:
200g shortbread, crumbs. (Alternatively you can use the traditional base using digestives)
50g melted butter

Filling:
300g soft cream cheese
100g caster sugar
2 tsp of lemon juice
15g gelatine (dissolved in boiling water, cooled)
200g melted white chocolate
150ml double whipping cream (lightly whipped)
Topping:
200g fresh raspberries
100g fresh blueberries
50g castor sugar
Icing sugar to dust

METHOD

Crush shortbread in a bag until crummy.
Stir in the melted butter.
Press mixture into the base of a greased tin. Mine was about 9" wide

Beat the cream cheese, castor sugar and lemon juice using an electric mixer.
Add the gelatine mixture and melted chocolate stirring until smooth.

Pour onto the biscuit base.
Refrigerate for 3 hours until set. 

Whilst setting, make the raspberry glaze.
Use 100g of raspberries and add sugar. Boil in a saucepan until the right consistency.
If too thick, add water - too runny boil for longer.
 

Seive glaze to remove seeds.
Decorate as desired. I have chosen to cover the whole top of the cheesecake.
 Decorate with fresh summer fruits. Dust with icing sugar.
